HOSTING GUIDELINE & PARTNERSHIP TERMS

SECTION 1: Ministry Partnership Guideline

  • Thank you for your interest in hosting Prophet David through Global Prophetic Fire.

    Our heart is to partner with churches, ministries, and Christian leaders to bring prophetic encouragement, biblical teaching, spiritual growth, and Kingdom impact to God's people.

    Hosts are asked to:

    • Designate one primary contact person for all ministry communications.

    • Promote the event through their church, ministry, social media, email list, and other available channels.

    • Ensure attendees receive the event access details before the scheduled ministry date.

    • Communicate any schedule changes promptly.

    • Work together in a spirit of honor, unity, and Christian partnership.

    Submission of a ministry request does not guarantee acceptance. All invitations are reviewed prayerfully and are subject to scheduling availability and ministry discernment.

  • All ministry engagements are conducted online.

    The host is responsible for providing:

    • An approved online platform (Zoom, StreamYard, Microsoft Teams, or similar).

    • Stable internet access.

    • Technical support before and during the event.

    • Any required meeting links, access codes, or presenter permissions.

    A brief technical check may be requested prior to the event to ensure a smooth ministry experience for all participants.

    Global Prophetic Fire is not responsible for technical difficulties arising from the host's platform, internet service, equipment, or third-party software.

  • A Ministry Partnership Fee of $500 USD is required for all approved ministry engagements.

    The fee supports the ongoing ministry activities of Global Prophetic Fire, including preparation, administration, ministry resources, technology, and outreach efforts.

    To secure a ministry date:

    • Either a partial deposit or full payment may be required.

    • Approved hosts will receive payment instructions after their request has been reviewed.

    • Ministry dates are not confirmed until payment requirements have been fulfilled.

    Failure to submit the required payment by the specified deadline may result in the requested date being released.

SECTION 2: Ministry Partnership Terms

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require adjustments to scheduled ministry dates.

    Requests to reschedule should be submitted as soon as possible.

    While every effort will be made to accommodate alternative dates, rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

    Any deposits previously submitted may be applied toward a rescheduled event at the discretion of Global Prophetic Fire.

  • If the host chooses to cancel the event after approval, written notice should be provided as soon as possible.

    Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of scheduling, preparation, and ministry commitments already made.

    Global Prophetic Fire reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to illness, emergencies, ministry obligations, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule the event at a mutually agreeable date.

  • Payment instructions will be provided after a ministry request has been approved.

    Accepted payment methods may include:

    • Credit Card

    • Debit Card

    • PayPal

    • Electronic Transfer

    • Other approved methods

    Any remaining balance must be paid according to the instructions provided during the scheduling process.

    Failure to submit payment by the required date may result in cancellation of the reservation.

    Step 1 - Submit a Ministry Request.

    Step 2 - Global Prophetic Fire reviews the request and determines availability.

    Step 3 - Approved hosts receive payment instructions.

    Step 4 - Required payment is received.

    Step 5 - The ministry date is officially confirmed.

    A ministry engagement is not considered confirmed until written confirmation has been issued by Global Prophetic Fire.
